  • Execute both pre-sales and post-sales initiatives to expand market presence, identify new segments, and maintain client retention.
  • Assist in generating accurate sales forecasts, and compile market insights and intelligence.
  • Maintain customer records and sales activities using CRM systems.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets.
  • Participate in marketing initiatives, customer engagement events, and industry exhibitions.
  • Perform other tasks as delegated by your superior.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
  • 4–6 years of relevant sales experience in industrial sectors such as refinery, petrochemical, or chemical
  • Background in after-sales support for gas compressors or rotating machinery is advantageous
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Independent, proactive, and goal-oriented approach
  • Customer-centric with a drive for results
  • Comfortable working in a multicultural and international setting
  • Willingness to travel as needed
