- Execute both pre-sales and post-sales initiatives to expand market presence, identify new segments, and maintain client retention.
- Assist in generating accurate sales forecasts, and compile market insights and intelligence.
- Maintain customer records and sales activities using CRM systems.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets.
- Participate in marketing initiatives, customer engagement events, and industry exhibitions.
- Perform other tasks as delegated by your superior.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
- Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
- 4–6 years of relevant sales experience in industrial sectors such as refinery, petrochemical, or chemical
- Background in after-sales support for gas compressors or rotating machinery is advantageous
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Independent, proactive, and goal-oriented approach
- Customer-centric with a drive for results
- Comfortable working in a multicultural and international setting
- Willingness to travel as needed
