About the Role:

We’re seeking a seasoned cybersecurity leader to oversee 24/7 operations, drive cyber resilience strategies, and lead cross-functional teams in a fast-evolving threat landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

You will lead Cybersecurity Operations: Oversee SOC, incident response, and vulnerability management to ensure operational excellence and 24/7 threat readiness.

• Strategic Security Leadership: Define and execute cybersecurity strategy aligned with business goals and emerging risks.
• Technical Oversight: Provide guidance on detection engineering, threat hunting, digital forensics, and automation.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, threat intel, IT, and governance teams to ensure cohesive operations.
• Team & Capability Management: Develop team capabilities, manage audits, and communicate cybersecurity metrics to senior leadership.

Requirements:

You will need to have min 10+ years in cybersecurity operations with SOC leadership experience.

• Deep knowledge of detection engineering, malware analysis, scripting, and forensic techniques.
• Strong understanding of Windows/Linux systems, security tooling, and threat intelligence.
• Proven experience in leading large-scale cyber initiatives and coordinating across business functions.
• Excellent communication, people leadership, and decision-making skills.
