Responsibilities:
- End to End HR Management
- Perform full range of recruitment and placement activities. Including direct sourcing, interviews, shortlisting, reference checks, verifications, salary negotiations, offer, onboarding, probationary reviews and management of external recruiters and online job portals.
- Design employee performance evaluation and merit programs with leadership.
- Co- lead annual employee performance reviews with hiring managers.
- Work closely with leaders and department heads for talent development, retention, performance and exit management
- Function as an important partner to C suite leadership.
- Co-work with and support regional HR in China as One HR.
- Ensure compliance with statutory reporting and filing requirements e.g. CPF, IRAS, MOM, NS, Childcare Leave and other government-related claims.
Requirements:
- Degree or accredited professional qualifications in Human Resources or related field with at least 5 years of HRBP with prior or current talent acquisitions experiences
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit with lateral thinking and excellence in executions in multifaceted environment.
- In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices in accordance with TAFEP guidelines.
- Administering work pass application/ issuance/ renewal/ cancellation etc.
- Keen on Start Up Environment / Engineering / Tech
