- Proven experience in a cyber security management role, with a deep understanding of threat detection, risk management, and incident response.
- Strong knowledge of security frameworks, standards, and regulations.
- Experience with security technologies such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption protocols.
- Ability to lead and mentor a team of security professionals.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or similar are preferred.
