With a strong reputation for engineering excellence and cutting-edge infrastructure development, we are expanding our footprint in the South Asia region and seeking a dynamic VP of Marketing to drive business growth and brand leadership.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Marketing & Brand Leadership
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to position Timesfly as a market leader in the IDC sector across South Asia.
- Strengthen brand awareness through digital marketing, content strategy, PR, events, and partnerships.
- Lead thought leadership initiatives, including whitepapers, webinars, and industry conferences, to showcase Timesfly’s expertise.
2. Business Development & Lead Generation
- Identify and target key clients, including hyperscalers, enterprises, cloud providers, and investors in the data center space.
- Collaborate with the sales team to generate high-quality leads and convert opportunities into revenue.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine positioning and messaging.
3. Digital & Demand Generation
- Oversee SEO, SEM, social media (LinkedIn, Twitter, industry forums), and email marketing to drive inbound leads.
- Develop case studies, success stories, and technical collateral to support sales efforts.
- Manage marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to track ROI and optimize campaigns.
4. Partnership & Stakeholder Engagement
- Build relationships with industry associations, technology partners, and government bodies to enhance market presence.
- Represent Timesfly at key industry events (e.g., DCD, W.Media, Cloud Expo) and speaking engagements.
- Work closely with the engineering and product teams to align marketing with technical innovations.
5. Team Leadership & Budget Management
- Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team (content, digital, design, and PR).
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation for maximum impact.
Qualifications & Experience
- 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in data centers, cloud infrastructure, construction, or IT services.
- Proven track record in demand generation, brand building, and lead conversion in the South Asia market.
- Strong understanding of data center trends (hyperscale, edge computing, sustainability, modular DCs).
- Experience with CRM (Salesforce), marketing automation, and analytics tools.
- Exceptional communication skills (English); proficiency in regional languages (e.g., Bahasa, Hindi) is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Engineering; MBA preferred.
