Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day management of the preschool in accordance with ECDA regulations and organisational policies.
- Provide visionary leadership and direction for curriculum development and pedagogical practices.
- Manage, mentor, and support the teaching and non-teaching team to ensure high performance and staff engagement.
- Establish strong partnerships with parents, community stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.

Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Care & Education – Leadership or equivalent.
- ECDA-certified L2 with acceptable leadership qualification.
- At least 3–5 years of relevant experience, with strong leadership and management capabilities.
- In-depth knowledge of ECDA licensing and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Passionate about early childhood education and developing a positive school culture.
