Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day management of the preschool in accordance with ECDA regulations and organisational policies.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Care & Education – Leadership or equivalent.
  • ECDA-certified L2 with acceptable leadership qualification.
  • At least 3–5 years of relevant experience, with strong leadership and management capabilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of ECDA licensing and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Passionate about early childhood education and developing a positive school culture.
