  • Manage the full HR spectrum - recruitment, employee lifecycle, employee mobility, employee engagement, etc.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and relevant stakeholders to understand workforce needs, define hiring strategies, and deliver talent solutions aligned to business goals.
  • Proactively identify and take ownership to improve processes, policies and procedures to ensure good experience for internal and external parties.
  • Ensure best-in-class candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for the client, representing their values and EVP in the talent market.
  • Provide market intelligence, insights, and recommendations to help influence hiring decisions and workforce planning.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5-10 years of hands-on HR experience as a generalist
  • Experience working with FINTECH industries is highly advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a consultative approach.
  • Self-driven, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
  • Familiarity with APAC markets.
