Our Singapore office is seeking an ambitious and driven individual to lead rail and major transportation projects, enhance team coordination, and provide fresh ideas to improve the way we work. - Lead and manage complex rail and transportation projects from design through to delivery.
- Liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure the successful execution of projects, meeting deadlines, budgets, and quality targets.
- Oversee project planning, including resource forecasting, scheduling, and financial management
- Mentor and develop junior staff, promoting a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
- Contribute to Arup’s long-term strategic plans, ensuring alignment with business goals and client needs.

- A Master’s degree in Railway Engineering and a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience managing design teams on large-scale rail projects, with a focus on trackwork, renewals, and rail systems.
- Strong proficiency in Bentley Rail Track/Power Rail Track and familiarity with LTA design requirements and international standards.
- Exceptional leadership skills, including team development and fostering a positive work culture.
- A commitment to high-quality outcomes, sustainability, and addressing the challenges of climate change in rail design.
