- Be the key liaison for the external information vendors to ensure effective support: market data service delivery, contract inventory and invoice payment.
- Manages the team mailbox to address queries from internal and external stakeholders relating to service delivery, invoices or general data / trouble shooting issues.
- Updates and track users' and enterprise feed subscriptions accurately in the contract inventory
- Invoice management including invoice reconciliation to agreed commercial terms, variance analysis and upload to Workday for authorization and payment. Process invoice according to internal controls, country tax requirements and aligning to payment terms.
- Responsible for Financial transparency in cost allocation for contracts centrally managed by Data COE with business responsible for their budget and spend. Generate quarterly allocation file to Finance for cost attribution to the individual business cost centers based on usage file provided by the vendors
- Responsible for yearly accrual review. Ensure the completeness and accuracy of the annual accrued expense through active engagement with Finance and Central Procurement Team.
- Manage firm-wide enterprise data subscription budget. Prepare the budget and accruals for Head of Data COE approval
- Reconcile workday data domain and reports integration to data spend dashboard
- Maintain automation tools/dashboard for reporting and proactively create or suggest improvement to replace manual workflow where appropriate
- Bachelor' degree/Business Administration or equivalent qualifications with minimum 2 years of experience in financial markets/experience in client service, procurement admin or payment management role, in Investment Asset Management Industry will be an advantage
- Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are also welcome to apply
- Understanding of market data functions & services and able to see how each work streams' process integrates will be an advantage
- Notably strong analytical and good decision-making capabilities and process and workflow oriented. Can size up issues quickly and adopt progressive steps to resolve situation and knows how/when to escalate
- Possess a strategic focus with the ability to analyse, understand of the data & investment business, formulate, and implement robust process
- Results orientated with an attention to detail and accuracy
- (For internal screening only) Demonstrated knowledge of external providers eg Bloomberg, S&P, FactSet, Refinitiv and MSCI tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Driven, self-starter, adaptable, organised, with experience and ability to multi-task well in a fast-paced and demanding environment
