Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Business Managers to understand specific technical client requirements.
  • Proactively source and screen potential candidates through various recruitment channels, referrals, and networking.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline to ensure a consistent pool of qualified candidates for current and future IT positions.
  • Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and compatibility with the organization's requirements.
  • Act as the main point of contact for candidates, addressing their questions and concerns throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Gather and provide constructive feedback to candidates post-interview.
  • Work on recruiting needs by attentively participating in team meetings, picking up changes (when applicable) from Business Managers.
  • Work with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth regional recruitment operations.

Specific Qualificatons:

  • Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • At least 2–3 years of relevant working experience in IT recruitment.
  • Candidates who are available to join on short notice will be preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build professional relationships with Candidates, Consultants & Business Managers.
  • Able to work well in a team.
  • Analytical skills needed, with a strong results-driven mindset.
  • Able to work under pressure within in a fast-paced environment.
