Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Business Managers to understand specific technical client requirements.
- Proactively source and screen potential candidates through various recruitment channels, referrals, and networking.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline to ensure a consistent pool of qualified candidates for current and future IT positions.
- Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and compatibility with the organization's requirements.
- Act as the main point of contact for candidates, addressing their questions and concerns throughout the recruitment journey.
- Gather and provide constructive feedback to candidates post-interview.
- Work on recruiting needs by attentively participating in team meetings, picking up changes (when applicable) from Business Managers.
- Work with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth regional recruitment operations.
Specific Qualificatons:
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- At least 2–3 years of relevant working experience in IT recruitment.
- Candidates who are available to join on short notice will be preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build professional relationships with Candidates, Consultants & Business Managers.
- Able to work well in a team.
- Analytical skills needed, with a strong results-driven mindset.
- Able to work under pressure within in a fast-paced environment.
