What the role is:[LTA-AM] MANAGER / DEPUTY MANAGER, ACTIVE MOBILITY (PROMOTION & ENGAGEMENT) [1-YR TEMP CONTRACT]What you will be working on:The Active Mobility Group in LTA develops plans, promotes and regulates the use of active mobility (cycling, riding personal mobility devices, using personal mobility aids, and walking) as a key strategy in LTA's Walk Cycle Ride vision. This includes overseeing the full value chain of activities from conceptualisation and planning to regulation and communications.What you will do:
  • Develop integrated community strategies and key messages to support public education, awareness building and behaviour change
  • Plan and implement campaigns targeting various public segments (e.g. active mobility users, elderly)
  • Manage communications channels, including content planning for social media and publicity collaterals
  • Conduct pre-campaign research to ensure resonance with target audiences
  • Track and evaluate post-campaign KPIs and ROI, and propose improvements
  • Identify and partner with collaborators (e.g. content creators, advocacy groups) to amplify impact
  • Coordinate inputs from various stakeholders to ensure campaign alignment and clarity
  • Respond to public feedback on active mobility issues in a timely, empathetic manner
What we are looking for:
  • Knowledge in communications and implementation of campaigns
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in developing and executing communication campaigns
  • Strong writing and storytelling abilities, with a good grasp of digital and physical outreach channels
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Able to work independently and multi-task in a dynamic environment
  • Comfortable engaging both internal and external stakeholders with tact and empathy
  • Interest in active mobility, urban mobility or behaviour change campaigns is advantageous
