Position: HR cum Account Assistant

Working days: 5 days (Monday to Friday)

Working Timing: 9am to 6pm

Location: Central

Salary Range: S$2800 to S$ 3200

Job Description:

  • Handle full spectrum of HR operations including onboarding to offboarding, and payroll processing
  • Manage foreign manpower matters including Work Pass application/cancellation/renewals
  • Responsible for statutory submission of CPF, Annual Income Tax (IR8A) & Tax Clearance (IR21)
  • Maintain proper employee records in personnel files and HR system (Infotech).
  • Assist in updating employee handbook, SOPs, HR policies and procedures, etc.
  • Assist managers with office administrative support.
  • Provide support in other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
  • Responsible for AP activities.
  • Processing of vendor invoices.
  • Processing of payment run for all modes of payments

Job Requirements

  • HR or Accounting-related degree/diploma
  • Meticulous, with an eye for detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • 1 year of experience in related field
  • Computer literate and with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Experience in the F&B industry is an added advantage but not nessasary
