Job Description:
- Handle full spectrum of HR operations including onboarding to offboarding, and payroll processing
- Manage foreign manpower matters including Work Pass application/cancellation/renewals
- Responsible for statutory submission of CPF, Annual Income Tax (IR8A) & Tax Clearance (IR21)
- Maintain proper employee records in personnel files and HR system (Infotech).
- Assist in updating employee handbook, SOPs, HR policies and procedures, etc.
- Assist managers with office administrative support.
- Provide support in other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
- Responsible for AP activities.
- Processing of vendor invoices.
- Processing of payment run for all modes of payments
Job Requirements
- HR or Accounting-related degree/diploma
- Meticulous, with an eye for detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- 1 year of experience in related field
- Computer literate and with excellent interpersonal skills
- Experience in the F&B industry is an added advantage but not nessasary
