Role Description & Responsibilities

- Validate and process orders and renewals in compliance with company policies and rules for the geographic scope of Asia Pacific South, China, Korea and Japan
- Ensure smooth month end and quarter end closure of the businesses in all above mentioned regions Support Order Management and local order administration teams in improving the Order To Cash process and reporting, as well as the day-to-day operations
- Be an expert on the Order to Cash process and the related ordering system
- Assist Sales Organizations and Distributors in implementing and following guidance from Worldwide Sales Business Administration Asia, Order Management Asia, Export Control, Legal, and Finance
- Identify opportunities for system enhancements and contribute to regular testing activities for Asia scope collaborating with the worldwide project team
- Maintain documents and guidelines by coordinating with stakeholders within and outside the Sales Business Administration organization
- College degree or equivalent educational background
- Minimum 5 to 7 years of work experience in multinational companies, with at least 3 years in order management or sales administration
- Strong experience in Order-to-Cash processes using ERP systems
- Experience in project management, project support, and process improvement initiatives
- Familiarity with RPA development/usage, AI applications, programming, and automation scripting (not mandatory but a plus)
- Fluent in English and Mandarin as the role requires communication with Mandarin-speaking counterparts
- Be able to work with a wide scope of work
