Overview of Position:

This position supports the Director of Marketing Partnerships in sponsorship and partnership management. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the seamless delivery of sponsorship rights, building and maintaining commercial partner relationships and executing impactful marketing campaigns, to enhance the value of our partnerships and achieving both partner and company objectives.

Duties and Areas of Responsibility:

  • Relationship Building: Foster long-term relationships with partners through effective communication, regular updates, and proactive problem-solving. This may include corresponding with partner resources to develop an effective communications framework.
  • Strategic Activation: Develop and implement innovative activation strategies that drive engagement, brand awareness, and measurable business outcomes for partners and the company.
  • Joint Marketing Plans: Research market trends, consumer behavior, and audience insights to recommend data-driven solutions for joint marketing initiatives.
  • Insights & Optimization: Analyze campaign performance, prepare post-event reports, and provide actionable insights to optimize future strategies.
  • New Opportunities: Support the Director in identifying and pursuing new partnership opportunities to drive growth and innovation.
  • Collaborate Cross-functionally: Work closely with and coordinate among various internal teams (sales, operations, design, digital marketing) to attain a smooth delivery of clients’ sponsorship rights and entitlements, such as activations and marketing collaborations; as well as create and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that align with partner goals.
  • Event Support: Travel as needed to oversee on-site activations and ensure flawless execution of partnership deliverables.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sports Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sponsorship management, partnership marketing, or a related role, preferably within the sports industry in ASEAN region.
  • Strong understanding of sponsorship activation, event management and multi-channel marketing strategies.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple partnerships and delivering successful marketing campaigns simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience in planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Proactive problem-solver with strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Flexibility to travel and work on-site at events as required.
