We are seeking a highly accomplished and results-oriented individual to drive the promotion and expansion of our high-end luxury furnishings. This pivotal role demands a proven track record in business development and leveraging extensive contacts. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional strategic acumen and the ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders particularly in Europe and Asia, to significantly elevate brand presence and to drive growth and expansion across Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines and Indonesia. As a key member of our team, you will also develop and execute strategies to advance business relationships with developers, architects, and the interior design community.

Key Responsibilities:

Achieving Sales Targets + Budgets

- Ensure sales targets and budgets are achieved and exceeded

- Proactively promote luxury lifestyle interior solutions

- Identify and develop new business opportunities

- Build strong relationships with clients through direct sales

- Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive sales

Requirements:

- With at least 8 years of working experience in Business Development

- Preferably one who has a strong understanding of the intricacies of both European and Asian markets

- Preferably one who possess an instinct for well-crafted and beautiful things

- Strong negotiator with excellent client service skills

- Pleasant personality, positive attitude, and high initiative

- Strong management skills and team player
