Job Description:

Position Overview:

We seek a skilled and experienced Product Channel Manager to join our team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with channel partners, ensuring our product offerings are effectively represented and distributed in the market. This role focuses on driving sales growth through strategic partner engagement and effective product positioning within our distribution network.

Key Responsibilities:

Channel Partner Management:

- Cultivate and manage strong relationships with existing channel partners, acting as the main point of contact for product-related inquiries.

- Identify and recruit new channel partners to expand market coverage and increase sales opportunities.

- Provide partners with ongoing support, training, and resources to ensure they are well-equipped to promote and sell our products effectively.

Product Expertise:

- Maintain an in-depth understanding of the UC and AVoIP products in our portfolio, including their features, benefits, and market positioning.

- Educate and train channel partners on product specifications and use cases, ensuring they can effectively communicate value to end customers.

- Work closely with vendors to stay updated on product updates, new releases, and promotional strategies.

Sales & Market Strategy:

- Collaborate with partners to develop and implement joint business plans that drive sales growth and meet revenue targets.

- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to inform partner strategies and product positioning.

- Coordinate with marketing teams to create and execute campaigns that enhance product visibility and demand within the channel.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Work with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and technical support, to ensure alignment on product messaging and channel initiatives.

- Serve as the liaison between vendors and channel partners, ensuring that partner feedback is communicated and addressed effectively.

Reporting & Administration:

- Provide regular reports on channel performance, sales metrics, and market conditions to senior management.

- Track partner activities, sales opportunities, and customer engagements, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.

Qualifications:

-Experience: Minimum of 2 years in channel management, product management, or a related role within the UC, AVoIP, or tech distribution industry.

- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of UC and AVoIP products, as well as experience in channel sales and partner management.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both partners and internal teams.

- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving sales and partner success.

- Residency: Singaporean or Permanent Resident (PR) preferred.
