The successful incumbent will be part of the Flight Operations Division in Crew/Manpower Planning Department.
Key Responsibilities
The successful incumbent will be part of the Flight Operations Division in Crew/Manpower Planning Department.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and optimise Crew Operating Patterns (COPs) so as to maximise cost efficiency and crew productivity, while ensuring that these comply with regulations
- Liaise with the relevant stakeholders, including management and union, for review and implementation of COPs
- Ensure that COPs are reviewed promptly and input accurately into systems for roster preparation
- Analyse and derive manpower requirements for SIA pilots
- Forecast flying hours to support the company’s network and long-term plans
- Review the projection to crewing requirements, as well as COPs, whenever there are ad-hoc network changes
- Work with IT and Data Analytics departments on system enhancements for process improvements and reports for management reporting
- Skills or strong interests in IT
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent planning and organisation skills
- Good stakeholder management skills
