- Develop recruitment strategy by analyzing the data and defining value proposition for selling on Amazon.

- Develop a thorough understanding of the e-commerce industry and competitive environment including knowledge of competitive product offerings and international markets.

- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel at an advanced level, including: pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA, data links, etc.
- Experience across sales and account management - including prospecting, qualifying, onboarding and management.
- Consistent track record of exceeding organizational goals, backed by strong focus on inputs for driving growth.
- Strong problem-solving skills, and experience navigating through ambiguous projects where the problems and outcomes may not be defined.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Experience with pipeline management skills to include utilization of Salesforce or other CRM tools
- Experience and track record of exceeding sales goals
