Role Overview
As a System Engineer, you will:
- Manage operating systems such as Windows Server, Red Hat Linux, AIX, Solaris, Ubuntu, Oracle Linux, and more
- Administer system software and hardware including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Azure AD, SAN/NAS, and virtualization platforms like VMware and Hyper-V
- Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot development, production, and disaster recovery environments
- Perform fault diagnosis, system patching, access control, backup configuration, and disaster recovery planning
- Use automation tools to enhance efficiency in system provisioning and support
- Maintain documentation, provide audit support, and drive performance and change management initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- A Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields
- 3+ years of experience in system administration and infrastructure operations
- Familiarity with the ITIL V4 framework
- Proficient in Windows/Linux/Unix environments, virtualization technologies, and enterprise storage systems
- Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and documentation skills
- Certifications such as VMware VCP, Microsoft MCSE, Red Hat RHCE are highly desirable

- Shift work required (may include nights, weekends, and public holidays)
- On-call support and after-hours maintenance expected
- Must comply with security clearance and background checks
