Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender submissions for construction projects.
- Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure clarity and accuracy of project scope.
- Assess cost impacts, including value engineering proposals and variation orders.
- Monitor and track project expenditures; provide analysis and recommendations on tenders.
- Review and evaluate contract terms, addressing any contractual issues that arise.
- Ensure all tender submissions are completed on time and adhere to safety and industry standards.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Min 2 years of relevant experience in the construction sector.
- Candidates with more experience will be considered for Senior Quantity Surveyor positions.
Location – Central & East (HQ or Site Office)
