HR EXECUTIVE
1) Carry out end to end recruitment, on-boarding, employee exit management, performance management, implementation of HR policies and procedures, staff training & development
2) HR administration such as data entry, filing, prepare employment contracts, letters and other documentation.
3) Conduct staff orientation and regular briefing on company policies and procedures
4) Support in monthly payroll including attendance checking and overtime processing
5) Administration on foreign workers work pass renewal & MYE matters,
dormitory (staff housing) & others
6) Administration on employee insurance, government paid claims, staff benefit claims, employee training and others
7) Prepare and delivery timely and accurate data, report and office administration
8) Participate in HR projects and provide any HR support as and when assigned Manage and improve the performance measurement objective setting process ( bi-yearly appraisal)
Job Requirements
1) Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
2) Min, 3 years of relevant experience in Construction Industry
3) Proficient in Microsoft office
4) Well versed with Employment Act and Ministry of Manpower rules and regulations
5) Well versed with Microsoft word and Excel
6) Able to work independently and as a team player
7) Strong organisation skills, able to multi-task
8) Strong written communication skills, in English and Chinese
9) Flexible work arragement is welcome
10) Can speak Mandarin fluently
