
Senior HR Executive (Luxury Retail, Orchard)
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive HR and administrative support across the full spectrum of HR functions
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, sourcing, interviews, reference checks, offer negotiation, contract preparation, and onboarding
- Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation, as well as offboarding and exit clearance procedures
- Maintain and update accurate employee records and HR databases
- Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations
- Prepare HR-related documents such as appointment letters, confirmations, increment, and promotion letters
- Manage leave administration and compute overtime claims
- Coordinate and manage training programs and related matters
- Perform general administrative duties including filing, documentation, and data updates
- Provide reception support when required
- Support any other ad-hoc HR or administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a HR Generalist role, with strong recruitment experience
- Pleasant and approachable personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Prior experience in the luxury retail industry is added advantages.
