Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Manager to lead the company’s financial operations. This role will be responsible for overseeing the full financial cycle including budgeting, cost accounting, financial reporting, tax filing, and audit coordination. The ideal candidate is well-versed in financial regulations and can manage both corporate and employee tax matters, as well as interface with external auditors and regulatory authorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage financial estimates, budgets, cost accounting, and final accounts to ensure fiscal discipline and alignment with business objectives.
- Maintain and analyze the company’s three key financial statements (Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, and Cash Flow Statement).
- Oversee and coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
- Manage corporate and individual tax filings, ensuring compliance with local tax regulations.
- Serve as the main point of contact for external audits, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, standards, and internal policies.
- Provide financial insights and reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with HR and operations on payroll, employee tax matters, and cost optimization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in financial planning, accounting, and tax.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and audit procedures.
- Experience in both corporate and payroll tax filing.
- Proficient in Excel and accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Xero, or others).
