Accounts Executive

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

. Data entry

· Liaise with other project managers, customers and etc. in respect of payments, collections and man-day follow up

· Assist Senior Accounts Executive with various tasks, including preparing monthly report, budgets, records, and statements (if necessary)

. Assist in investment report analysis and preparing for investment documentation.

· Any other ad-hoc accounting / administrative tasks as assigned by Management

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

· Required language(s): English and Mandarin to liaise with overseas counterparts, such as China due to they are Mandarin speaker

· At least 4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is preferred for this position

· Required Skill(s): PROFICIENT in Microsoft Excel (advance level) is a MUST to generate various reports

· Hand on knowledge of SAP software is an advantage

· Able to meet tight deadline & hands on experience

· Multi-tasking and could solve problem independently
