- Support the public relations program in alignment with the master work schedule to achieve project objectives.
- Address and manage public feedback and complaints with tact, providing full support on all press and public relations matters related to the contract.
- Prepare and distribute advance notices of upcoming work and provide regular updates to the public through pamphlets, letters, and other approved promotional materials.
- Organize community engagement and outreach activities to inform the public, residents, and businesses in the surrounding areas about the potential impact of construction activities at each stage.
- Schedule and attend public relations meetings with the project team as needed.

- Coordinate defect inspections in response to stakeholder feedback.
- Document and follow up on feedback until cases are resolved.
- Conduct site inspections, addressing public concerns and issues as they arise.
- Foster and maintain positive relationships with the public throughout the various phases of the construction project.
- Perform other public relations duties as assigned by your supervisor or management.
Requirements
- Preferable 3 years experience as a Public Relations Officer (PRO) in the construction industry.
- Experience in the building construction industry is a plus.
