Job Description

  • Manage full-spectrum of HR functions (HR Strategy&Planning, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management&Development, Compensation&Benefits, Employee Relations&Engagement and HR Policies& Compliance)
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes to attract and hire top IT talent.
  • Handle all aspects of employee lifecycle, including confirmation, promotion, transfers, and exits.
  • Drive performance appraisal and feedback cycles.
  • Identify training needs and implement learning & development programs.
  • Administer payroll, claims, and statutory contributions (CPF, IRAS, etc.).
  • Manage employee relations, disciplinary matters, and grievance handling.
  • Lead engagement initiatives, wellness programs, and internal communications.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies in line with MOM regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by management.

Requirement

  • Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 6-10 years of relevant HR experience, with min 2 years in manager role.
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms and digital HR tools.
  • Prior experience in the IT or technology industry is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore’s employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese (to liaise with Chinese-speaking counterparts).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $5,500.00 - $7,000.00 per month
