Job Description
- Manage full-spectrum of HR functions (HR Strategy&Planning, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management&Development, Compensation&Benefits, Employee Relations&Engagement and HR Policies& Compliance)
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes to attract and hire top IT talent.
- Handle all aspects of employee lifecycle, including confirmation, promotion, transfers, and exits.
- Drive performance appraisal and feedback cycles.
- Identify training needs and implement learning & development programs.
- Administer payroll, claims, and statutory contributions (CPF, IRAS, etc.).
- Manage employee relations, disciplinary matters, and grievance handling.
- Lead engagement initiatives, wellness programs, and internal communications.
- Develop and maintain HR policies in line with MOM regulations.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by management.
Requirement
- Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 6-10 years of relevant HR experience, with min 2 years in manager role.
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms and digital HR tools.
- Prior experience in the IT or technology industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore’s employment laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
- Bilingual in English and Chinese (to liaise with Chinese-speaking counterparts).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $5,500.00 - $7,000.00 per month
