Business Performance Analyst (North / US MNC / Manufacturing) - WC2
This role reports to the US Finance Manager and may require attending meetings during US time zones, with flexible scheduling.
Data Collection
- Gather and consolidate data from multiple sources for analysis in Excel.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies and inconsistencies.
- Collaborate with team members to establish data quality standards.
Data Analysis
- Assist in analyzing data using Excel.
- Summarize key insights in clear and concise reports.
- Support monthly and quarterly business metric reporting.
Data Visualization
- Develop visually compelling charts and graphs to present data insights using Excel and PowerPoint.
Collaboration
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Accounting and General Managers, to understand data needs and provide actionable insights.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or Data Science.
- 1-2 years of experience in a financial or operations analyst role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (vlookups, indexing, pivot tables, etc.) for data analysis and P&L assessment.
- Ability to work independently, maintain attention to detail, and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
