We are seeking a results-driven procurement professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field, and 3–5 years of experience in procurement and supplier management. The ideal candidate will excel in developing and executing global supply and inventory strategies while collaborating with cross-functional teams to support the successful launch of new programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with direct and cross-functional teams to develop, implement, and manage global supply and inventory strategies for next-generation programs.
- Execute strategic actions to meet global performance targets, including weeks of supply and continuity through High-Volume Manufacturing (HVM) transitions.
- Engage with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs and generate purchase orders accordingly.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries; escalate urgent issues to minimize impact.
- Monitor supplier performance on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis using established scorecard metrics.
- Deliver ASE/QBR scorecard data, achieving On-Time Delivery (OTD) and Service Level Satisfaction goals for the category.
- Measure and track performance against defined KPIs and metrics.
- Partner with stakeholders, procurement peers, and suppliers to strategize and optimize global supply and inventory management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment on procurement needs and solutions.
- Clearly communicate supply chain strategies, inventory plans, and performance goals to all relevant parties.
- Actively support the implementation of strategic procurement initiatives in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Stay informed of industry trends to continually develop subject matter expertise in supply and inventory management.
- Identify process inefficiencies and work with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.
- Promote a customer-first approach to procurement and represent the team with professionalism and accountability.
- Investigate opportunities to automate routine tasks using tools such as RPA, Power Automate, or other workflow automation solutions to enhance productivity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related discipline.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in procurement, with hands-on experience managing supplier relationships.
- Strong understanding of inventory planning, supplier performance metrics, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with procurement software and tools, with a strong interest in process automation and continuous improvement.
