  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Providing legal support in establishing a robust compliance system and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements across key business areas, including gaming, data privacy, corporate governance, and others.
  2. Conducting legal analysis under the regulations and policies of Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam, and other Southeast Asian countries to ensure business legitimacy and compliance while effectively mitigating regulatory and political risks.
  3. Working strategically with business teams on contract review and negotiation for gaming projects and other commercial matters.
  4. Assisting in researching the compliance feasibility of various business models, analyzing competitive products, and designing viable transaction structures.
  5. Maintaining strong and ongoing relationships with relevant authorities in Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam, and other Southeast Asian countries.
  6. Delivering legal and compliance training to enhance organizational integrity and regulatory awareness.

Job Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in law from a recognized educational institution;
  2. Admission to the Singapore Bar;
  3. At least 5 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) in reputable law firms and/or TMT/Gaming companies;
  4. Strong understanding of the legal frameworks, business cultures, and regulatory landscapes in Indonesia and Vietnam;
  5. High efficiency and a self-driven work ethic;
  6. Fluency in both English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking counterparts;
  7. Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus, particularly for handling legal matters in Indonesia.
