Job Descriptions:

1) Responsible for expanding the company's business by promoting systems that combine secure and reliable infrastructure using Terasaki Electrical products, especially in the field of sales and client relationships.

2) Implement strategic plans by effectively managing and evaluating the sales team.

3) Communicate with top tier clients (Japanese, ASEAN and Middle East) to deeply understand their needs, prepare proposals/ quotations, conduct negotiations at an advanced level, and close the deal.

4) Liaise with regional partner around the world and Japan HQ on a regular basis. Work closely with partners, engineers, internal & external departments in Japan, ASEAN and Middle East regions.

5) Based on the extensive knowledge of switchboard and circuit breakers for railway, marine, offshore, power plant and biomass plant projects, liaise closely with engineering team in Japan HQ and clients to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions.

6) Provide pre- and post-sales and technical support to new and existing customers.

Job Requirements:

1) More than ten (10) years of experience in the electrical engineering industry, five (5) years of which are in the Railway projects.

2) Experience in leading sales team as a manager.

3) At least five (5) years of sales and client relationship experience with power panels, circuit breakers and related electrical systems for the railway projects, which consists the core function of the company's leading product, is a must in this position.

4) At least five (5) years of experience in managing government-related railway project (in particular to power panels and circuit breakers).

5) Advanced communication, presentation and negotiation skills both in English and Japanese (JLPT N1 or equivalent) is required to effectively communicate with Terasaki’s top tier clients & key contacts (both Japanese and local companies).

1) Problem-solving skill in challenging and complex situations.

2) Project management skills from concept, prototype to implementation.

3) Excellent communication and relationship-building skills in English and Japanese to establish trust and creditability with customers, vendors and partners across Asia-Pacific and Middle East region.

4) Broad knowledge of electrical solutions to work effectively with Terasaki Group of companies and cross-functional teams to achieve a common goal.
