- IT development services providing customers with IT consulting, software research and development, software and hardware testing, system integration and operation and maintenance, data analysis and other services;

Responsibilities
- Provide daily on-site support for End User Computing Devices (EUCD) and Windows Servers.
- Perform administration, configuration, and troubleshooting of Windows Servers.
- Manage end-user accounts, device hardening, and security compliance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve escalated technical issues from Level 1 support.
- Conduct end-user briefings and awareness sessions.
- Maintain an up-to-date asset inventory, including lease, warranty, and maintenance records.
- Apply patches for Windows Servers and Microsoft SQL Servers.
- Install, uninstall, and configure operating systems, software, and drivers.
- Ensure proper configuration of EUCDs with standard operating systems and approved software.
- Assist in relocating and setting up IT equipment within premises as required.
- Dispose of outdated EUCDs and peripherals in accordance with policies.
- Escort and coordinate with third-party suppliers for installation and maintenance tasks.
- Provide technical support for video conferencing devices, IP telephones, and other peripherals.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in End User Computing Devices (EUCD) support, ICT end-user computing, or service desk roles with networking and system administration expertise.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Microsoft Windows Server and Microsoft SQL Server administration.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve complex technical issues.
- Experience with endpoint security, device management, and IT infrastructure support.
