Working Hours: Mon to Fri 9.00am-6.30pm
Salary : $4000-$4500
Customer Service Executive ( Proficiency in Japanese at JLPT N2 / N3 Level )
Responsibilities:
• Daily job attendance at the residence site for export / import packing and local moving.
• To coordinate and ensure smooth operation of our moving service.
• To provide coordination and communication between customer and packers.
• To perform pre-moving survey at residence and quotation.
• To liaise with office coordinator for shipment after pickup of cargo.
• To initiate tally sheet for the daily job in our system.
• Any ad hoc duties related to customer service and sale of our service.
Job Requirements:
• Min 3 year and above working experience in Customer service
• Proficiency in Japanese at JLPT N2/N3 level (speaking, listening, and writing) is essential, as the role involves regular interaction with Japanese-speaking customers and clients.
