Main Duties And Responsibilities
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition team member to support our recruitment efforts from sourcing to onboarding. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, external outreach, and employer branding activities. You will play a critical role in helping us attract top talent while developing a strong understanding of recruitment processes and tools.
Main Duties And Responsibilities
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition team member to support our recruitment efforts from sourcing to onboarding. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, external outreach, and employer branding activities. You will play a critical role in helping us attract top talent while developing a strong understanding of recruitment processes and tools.
- Partner Hiring Manages and HR Business Parterns to effectively source, evaluate, interview, and select candidates to support the hiring needs of the business.
- Have primary responsibility for end-to-end hiring of junior roles in Mandai Wildlife Group.
- Analyze requirements and review the most suitable mix of recruitment channels to source for role candidates to build a talent pool.
- Make recommendations on offer proposals in consultations with HR Business Parterns and facilitate offer approvals to candidates with the objective of balancing the organization and individual needs.
- Throughout the selection process, be a strong advocate and ambassador of Mandai Wildlife Group to candidates and recruitment partners to deliver a positive candidate experience.
- Manage and promote the employee referral program.
- Maintain proper documentation of hiring approvals, offers, candidate communications, and other documents received across the hiring process for audit and compliance.
- Be updated with the latest recruitment channels and strategies in an effort to improve hiring success rate for the positions you are responsible for, embedding best practices within the team and expanding the sourcing channels in use.
- Organize hiring and career fairs and/or other recruitment events.
- Assist in other administrative duties and projects where needed.
- Minimum Diploma, preferably in HR related
- At least 1-2 years of experience in HR
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be comfortable to engage candidates of all employment levels.
- Proactive and meticulous to drive success on recruitment activities
- Have a good understanding / willing to learn the latest MOM legislations, rules and regulations for fair employment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- A good team player who can work independently
