Job Description
- Drive security risks related projects, focus on data security related internal and regulatory initiatives. Lead the projects end to end.
- Define clear projects’ objective and scope, plan the project timeline and align with the main stakeholders.
- Coordinate among various internal stakeholders, including Cyber Security team, IT Compliance team, Regional Operations team, Product & Engineering team etc.
- Drive the projects execution as the owner and be accountable for achieving the expected goals.
- Responsible for all levels of communication and alignment, from project members to executive level.
- Bachelor’s degree or above with a major in engineering would be preferable
- 5+ years of experience, experience in product management or management consulting would be a plus
- Proven ability to structure and solve complex problems, collaborate across varied stakeholders and communicate effectively in both verbal and written form
- Self-driven, positive attitude and team player striving for team success
- Comfortable with ambiguity and changes in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English, Mandarin will be a plus to facilitate cross border collaborations
