Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Computer Science or related field
  • Native proficiency in English
  • Professional proficiency in Mandarin Chinese (written and verbal) to communicate with large Chinese-speaking clientele
  • Understanding of cryptocurrency markets and blockchain technology
  • Mastery of product offerings and operational workflows from onboarding through trading execution
  • Exceptional communication skills with ability to build deep client trust
  • Ability to translate complex market information into strategic insights for partners
  • Commercial acumen with focus on revenue opportunities
  • Demonstrated patience and persistence in relationship development
  • Problem-solving mindset with ability to navigate complex operational challenges
  • Ability to work across multiple time zones and maintain availability for urgent client needs
