- Deep understanding of cloud architecture and technologies including AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform
- Strong track record in project and vendor management relating to cloud Infrastructure
- Strategic thinking with excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Cloud certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect and Azure Solutions Architect expert
- Familiarity with Singapore Government procurement processes
- Experience with Government IM8 requirements and standards
