Business Development Manager
NEXORA KAIROSYN CONSULTING is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth by acquiring and nurturing offshore clients with business interests in Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business development, market research, and client relationship management, with the ability to engage foreign stakeholders in multiple languages.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with offshore companies looking to establish or expand their presence in SEA.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue targets and expand client portfolio.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including C-suite executives and business owners from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds.
• Collaborate with consulting teams to tailor solutions in business development, market positioning, strategic partnerships, and market research based on client needs.
• Conduct market analysis to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for business expansion.
• Represent firm at industry events, trade missions, and networking forums to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and contracts in alignment with client requirements and company standards.
• Provide post-engagement follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.
Qualifications:
• Education: Minimally a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, Economics, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent is a plus.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with SEA’s business landscape, regulatory environment, and economic trends is highly desirable.
• Language Skills: Fluency in English (mandatory) and at least one other language to engage with offshore clients effectively.
• Skills & Competencies:
o Proven track record in BD and client acquisition.
o Strong negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
o Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and trends.
o Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
