- Stakeholder and team management experience, including pushing for product adoption and manage squads to effectively deliver products.
- Strong work ethic in taking ownership and accountability to solve the problem
- Willingness to try new approaches, fail and improve, and try again
- Biased towards action and not afraid to challenge the status quo
- A desire to learn and continuously improve
- Resourceful; ability to work independently to get things done in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to deal with ambiguity
