Reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with the senior leadership team, you'll be responsible for shaping and executing the full commercial strategy-from brand positioning and communication to digital performance and sales conversion. This role requires a strong balance of strategic thinking and hands-on leadership, as you will oversee a team across marketing, digital, and sales functions. You'll work cross-functionally with Operations and HR to enhance the end-to-end customer and employee experience, develop integrated campaigns, and ensure strong data-driven decision-making via ERP, CRM, and performance dashboards.
