- The Digital Ecosystem Partnerships team oversees IRAS' digital collaboration and partnership efforts with our ecosystem partners, ranging from software providers, solution providers, other government agencies, intermediaries and taxpayers.
- In particular, the team works with these stakeholders on initiatives and campaigns to increase adoption of IRAS' API services that seek to streamline tax filing and ease tax obligations for taxpayers.
- Spearhead marketing, publicity, and engagement campaigns for IRAS' digital products, with a focus on IRAS' hallmark campaign (#SFFS - Seamless Filing From Software), nationwide initiatives such as One-Stop Payroll (OSP) and InvoiceNow for GST-registered businesses.
- Drive targeted engagement efforts to increase awareness and adoption of #SFFS through industry engagements, product showcases, and marketing roadshows.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and relationships through effective communication, networking and strategic alignment.
- Work together with Product Owners to develop and maintain IRAS' digital products with steady streams of software providers, intermediaries with regular comms, fairs.
- Maintain a balance between demand-side and supply-side, and relevant list key service providers forming the digital ecosystem with IRAS.
- Establish key and close working relationships with prominent software providers.
- Manage onboarding activities and provide first level troubleshooting support for software providers integrating with IRAS' digital products.
- Gain insights into IRAS' data processing and utilization for tax administrations.
- Product Go-To-Market: ability to to work with Product Owners on the product vision, plan and execute go-to-market and adoption strategies to deliver value proposition to stakeholders, and driving the implementation roadmap.
- Product Strategy: systematic approach to deal with transition or transformation of an organisational goal, process or new technology adoption. Strategies to facilitate change and help the ecosystem adapt to the change.
- Marketing & Communications: experience in technology-focused marketing campaigns, excellent communication and outreach skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Fundamental IT Knowledge:
- Basic understanding on coding, API, structured data files (such as JSON, XML), cloud, database, connectivity and interactions.
- Understanding of digital ecosystems and Agile software development practices.
