  • Initiates contact, develops relationship and generates demand for customers in hunting zone, assigned to them by Services Marketing.
  • Educates customers on all SE products and services with special attention on customer pain points.
  • Cross selling of Field Service portfolio – Power, Digital Energy, Industry, Secure Power & Cooling.
  • Secures customer satisfaction overseeing all ongoing activities with the customer (orders, delivery etc)
  • Utilizes BFO (Salesforce.com) for sales funnel management, account planning, performance and opportunity detection via Sales Cockpit.
  • Provides monthly forecasts, using BFO, and summaries in a timely manner.
  • Participates in the preparation of analysis and reports on field service performance.
  • Provides precise and timely information to Tender team to prepare sales quotations and proposals
  • Monitors margin to be at or above country thresholds. Uses DOA process to escalate opportunities below thresholds.
  • Is “feeding” the Field Services Marketing leaders with Offers feedback and needs + IB data
  • Knows where to be to create business opportunities, understand the importance of attending industry events and networking functions to follow assigned accounts needs
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering equivalentAt least 5 years of technical sales experience.Electrical Distribution systems experience, distribution and protection systems, power quality experience is a must for being a ‘trusted advisor’ and create demands OR Building Management Systems (BMS) Experience to liaise with customers and provide quotations on replacement works, small project works.Account management skillsCold Calling, Social Selling skillsPersuading, convincing, influencing, or impressing others in order to promote our offers and get them to support influencing other decision makers.Ability to build a sustainable and reliable relationship with the customer. The concept of Customer Intimacy is critical in Field Services.Energetic, outgoing, proactive and have attention to prospecting and networkingExcellent verbal and written communication skills including C-level customersThorough knowledge of Schneider Electric services offers throughout the Asset Management Life Cycle of the product. Good knowledge of power, secure power, industry systems.Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and ERP/CRM related tools.
