The Role

Kyndryl is looking for a highly experienced ASEAN Delivery Leader who is customer-centric role, accountable for delivering service to the customer, within contractual framework. In this role, you will lead practitioners to deliver high quality and reliable information technology services through equipment, systems, software products, or networked devices in line with their business needs.

Integrated within the customer account structure, you will interact with the customer and partners with the Delivery Partner with knowledge of the services provided to the customer and customer business having the ability to propose and deliver customer-tailored solutions. You will own the technical and managerial support to field engineers, technicians, system administrators, subject matter experts, and product support personnel who are delivering, managing, maintaining, deploying IT services. You will respond to incidents, problems, changes, escalations, and situations where support is needed to fix problems in malfunctioning services, operations, software or equipment. In this position, you will also lead team, partner with Delivery Partners, Architects, SREs and the customer to co-create, design, deploy and run reliable, available and maintainable systems and services.

· Ability to partner with Delivery Partner(s) and work with SREs to generate positive customer outcomes

· AIOps hands-on knowledge, automation and innovation-oriented mindset

· Well versed for direct and constant interaction with the customer

· Sympathetic and empowering delivery resource manager, fostering growth

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

· Bachelor's degree

· Six Sigma, PMP, and/or ITIL certifications
