- Develop and deliver academic modules in Food & Beverage Business Management for both Pre-Employment Training (PET) and Continuing Education and Training (CET).
- Support and guide learners in their holistic development, including providing pastoral care, supervision for projects and competitions.

- Relevant qualifications in Food & Beverage Management, Culinary Arts, Hospitality or related discipline.
- Candidate should possess at least 4 years of relevant experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Strong communication skills, good interpersonal skills, team player, ability to meet deadlines, and multi-task.
- Hands-on and field experience in food & beverage business operations and management is a must.
- Strong presentation and writing skills in English.
- Passion to nurture and develop potential in learners.
- Academic/teaching experience is an added advantage.
- Systematic and detailed in planning and organising.
- Good team player, self-driven and service-oriented
