Retail Manager (Immediate Hiring)
Job Descriptions:
- Attend to customer and deliver excellent customer service, including giving advice to customers on how
to mix & match their outfits and accessories.
- Drive sales team performances through leading, training and disciplining team
- Monitoring, Planning, managing and coaching team's performance and results
- Track the progress of weekly and monthly objectives.
- Manage full spectrum or retail operation and maintain smooth store operations
- Evaluate employee performance and identify hiring and training needs
- Perform and complete all duties as required
