
Receptionist cum PA / Receptionist cum Secretary (Central/ 5D/ Up $3.2k)
Your Role
We are looking for an experienced Receptionist cum PA / Receptionist cum Secretary greeting visitors, answering phone calls, managing the reception area and etc. Providing general administrative support such as managing mail, photocopying, and filing. Travel arrangements and calendar management (meetings, restaurant booking etc.). Any other administrative work or ad-hoc assigned by manager.
What Will You Do
- Greeting visitors, answering phone calls, managing the reception area and etc
- Providing general administrative support such as managing mail, photocopying, and filing.
- Travel arrangements and calendar management (meetings, restaurant booking etc.)
- Documentations (engagement letters, draft letters, PowerPoint)
- Any other administrative work assigned by manager
What Do We Want
- · At least O Level and above
- · Min 1-2 years working experience in admin / receptionist
