As we expand, we are looking for a passionate and experienced HR Manager to build and lead our Human Resource function across our headquarters in Singapore and our regional offices.

Role Overview:

We’re seeking an HR professional with proven experience in fast-paced Crypto or FinTech environments. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in establishing HR frameworks, recruiting top-tier talent, and driving a high-performance culture aligned with our vision. This role requires someone who thrives in dynamic environments and is ready to build scalable HR systems from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for all departments in Singapore and regional markets.

• Attract and hire top talent with strong crypto, blockchain, and FinTech backgrounds.

• Build strategic partnerships with recruitment agencies, platforms, and university programs.

• Promote our employer brand through social media, events, and partnerships.

2. HR Strategy & Policy Development

• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and practices that reflect our startup culture and comply with local regulations.

• Create and maintain the Employee Handbook and company playbook.

• Build a performance-driven culture based on innovation, ownership, and transparency.

3. Performance Management & KPI Setting

• Collaborate with the Board and Heads of Department to define company-wide KPIs and team deliverables.

• Implement performance evaluation frameworks and ensure consistent review cycles.

• Identify high performers and future leaders for succession planning.

4. Compensation & Benefits

• Design competitive and scalable compensation structures, bonus plans, and equity options.

• Conduct regular benchmarking and salary reviews.

• Lead benefits programs including insurance, leave policies, and wellness initiatives.

5. HR Operations & Office Administration

• Manage payroll, compliance, employee records, and HR systems.

• Oversee general office administration and vendor relationships.

• Maintain a healthy, safe, and productive work environment.

6. Employee Wellbeing & Culture Development

• Launch initiatives that support employee engagement, mental health, and team building.

• Create a vibrant and inclusive workplace culture aligned with our values.

• Organize onboarding, training, offboarding, and employee feedback mechanisms.

7. Organizational Growth & Change Management

• Support organizational scaling and restructuring as needed.

• Provide strategic HR insights to the C-Suite on org development and workforce planning.

• Navigate cross-border HR complexities with regional expansion.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR roles, with at least 2–3 years in a Crypto Exchange, FinTech, or Tech Startup environment.
  • Proven track record of setting up HR functions and hiring across geographies, particularly in Singapore and Southeast Asia.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, HR compliance, and best practices in startup environments.
  • Experience in KPI and performance management systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Able to work independently, make data-driven decisions, and adapt quickly in a fast-changing industry.
