About The Role

The incumbent reports to the Associate Director, Policy Management & Ops Budget and is responsible for managing the suspense clearance job duties assigned. He/she is required to ensure that the output of his/her work tasks are met in terms of quality & timeliness.


  • WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
  • Responsible in preparing various reports as per the set timeline
  • Assist with the suspense entries clearance in different suspense accounts
  • Ensure that all output of work is accurate
  • Ensure that the suspense governance process is carried out as per Standard Operating Procedure/process flow.
  • Handle enquiries from other users through calls and emails
  • Ensure that returned cheques are mailed out timely.
  • Look out of ways to improve on the processes to increase the efficiency & effectiveness at work.
  • Uphold compliance to all IT and Compliance guidelines.
  • Any other duties as assigned by senior colleague, reporting supervisor and/or HOD.

What We Are Looking For


  • Degree or Diploma
  • Familiar in using AS400 system.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Related insurance qualifications such as M5, M9 and LOMA would be an advantage.
  • Able to work independently and with a team in a dynamic environment.
  • Team player & able to work harmoniously with other teammate.
  • Self-starter who constantly strives for excellence.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience (preferably in Insurance Operations) or Policy Servicing or equivalent experience in Life/A&H policies.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to effectively influence individuals and teams at all levels of the organization
