What You’ll Do:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of multi-location enterprise clients
  • Drive new business acquisition across the enterprise segment through tailored pitches and strategic prospecting
  • Lead end-to-end deal cycles from discovery to close, engaging with senior stakeholders across IT, marketing, operations, and procurement
  • Build long-term relationships that unlock expansion, retention, and deeper tech adoption
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Implementation teams to deliver seamless onboarding and customer value
  • Stay ahead of the curve with market intelligence, CRM discipline, and data-driven pipeline management

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

  • 6+ years in B2B enterprise sales or account management
  • Experience managing large, strategic accounts in F&B, hospitality, or multi-location retail
  • Background in SaaS, POS, payments, or guest experience platforms is a big plus
  • Strong consultative selling skills with a proven track record of closing high-value, long-cycle deals
  • Gravitas and communication chops to engage and influence C-level executives
  • CRM proficiency (Salesforce/Pipedrive) and a data-led approach to prioritizing and forecasting
