Commercial Manager - Enterprise Sales
Are you a seasoned deal-closer who thrives in complex B2B sales environments? We're looking for a driven Commercial Manager (Enterprise Sales) to lead strategic growth for our client across major F&B and hospitality groups in Singapore.
This is a high-impact individual contributor role—perfect for someone who knows how to navigate long sales cycles, influence C-level stakeholders, and deliver enterprise-grade value in the fast-evolving world of restaurant tech.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of multi-location enterprise clients
- Drive new business acquisition across the enterprise segment through tailored pitches and strategic prospecting
- Lead end-to-end deal cycles from discovery to close, engaging with senior stakeholders across IT, marketing, operations, and procurement
- Build long-term relationships that unlock expansion, retention, and deeper tech adoption
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Implementation teams to deliver seamless onboarding and customer value
- Stay ahead of the curve with market intelligence, CRM discipline, and data-driven pipeline management
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- 6+ years in B2B enterprise sales or account management
- Experience managing large, strategic accounts in F&B, hospitality, or multi-location retail
- Background in SaaS, POS, payments, or guest experience platforms is a big plus
- Strong consultative selling skills with a proven track record of closing high-value, long-cycle deals
- Gravitas and communication chops to engage and influence C-level executives
- CRM proficiency (Salesforce/Pipedrive) and a data-led approach to prioritizing and forecasting
