Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:
· Monday to Thursday : 7:30am to 3.30pm, inclusive of 30-minute lunch break
· Friday: 7:30am to 3.00pm, inclusive of 30-minute lunch break
· Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
Scope of Services
The Services required are set out as follows:
I. Logistical and Administrative Support for the Science and Aesthetics Departments
(A) Science Department
§ Prepare Science materials and resources for activity-based lessons (e.g. assist teachers to set up equipment for demonstrations/experiments, packing resources for practical tests, etc.)
§ Maintain the general cleanliness and tidiness of the Science rooms (e.g. helping to clear and clean set-ups after lessons, packing of room, etc.)
§ Maintain lab equipment, including stock-taking and maintaining up-to-date records of the apparatus/resources
(B) Aesthetics Department
§ Prepare art materials and resources for P1 & P2 PAL Visual Art lessons (e.g. collation of materials etc.)
§ Perform stock-taking of materials and equipment for the Aesthetics department (e.g. musical instruments and equipment)
II. Administrative Support in General Office
· Admin support at front counter during peak hours, i.e. recess and dismissal
· Any other admin tasks assigned
Qualification, Skill & Experience of the Contractor’s Personnel
The Personnel shall minimally have the following qualifications, skills and experience:

§ GCE O-level education
Skills
§ Meticulous, organised and have good time management
§ Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
§ Able to converse effectively in English
Experience
§ At least 3 years working experience in schools
