Frazer Jones is privileged to be retained by a global buy-side firm, HQ in the UK, to appoint a Regional HR Business Partner Lead (VP level) to join their global HR function. Reporting to the International Head of HR, with a dotted line into the Regional CEO for APAC, this individual will play a strategic and hands-on role, leading a team of HR BP AVP’s and Associates across a number of APAC countries within a lean, high performing and collaborative team.

As a key member of the global HR leadership team, you will work as “One HR” and “One global business”, building strong relationships with the respective Investment Teams and business heads across front to back office. You will operate as a trusted adviser and executive coach to the business, being accountable for people strategy and execution end-to-end, able to think big picture, leading with the commercial priorities of the business, also being able to deliver and execute, dipping in to the granular details when needed due to the lean structure. Projects also include; organization design / restructuring, M&A, culture change and integration projects, lifting investment teams from competitors and opening offices in the region, while also overseeing the BAU such as complex employee relations cases, talent management and performance management conversations, designing LTIP plans working with the Reward COE in HQ.

The ideal candidate will be operating as a HR BP Lead or Head of HR APAC within a global matrix buy side or financial services organization. You will have a track record leading a HR team, as well as partnering directly with a Regional and / or Country CEO’s, also being confident with revenue generating teams. You will enjoy a broad role and you will be highly pro-active in communicating with group HQ and the other regions about everything people related.
